Drinking 80 Gallons Of Water A Day – Okay, maybe not that much, but 3 – 4 glasses of filtered mineral or vitamin water should be enough to prevent dehydration.

I know when I’m dehydrated I break out more often than when I’m not. A lack of H20 leads to dead skin cells not falling off naturally from the body. Obviously, this clogs up pores and makes acne worse.
